We're sorry that it has taken so long to write a new post. The past two and half weeks have been BUSY! There are so many things that you need to do when you move to a new place!
We are staying in a temporary apartment the first month while we are in Houston and will move into the house in a week from today! (YAY)! That will be very good:). The container with all our stuff from Norway will arrive around March 18th, just after we move in. It is so cool how God lets little things like that work out so perfectly. In the meantime, we are keeping our eyes open for some new furniture and other necessities for the house.

Ellen has been busy finishing up a project she took on when attending North Sea Baptist. She is gathering all these international recipes in order to create a cookbook for all the members at the church. She has close to 300 pages now.... She's also searching for possible schools online for a master's and seeing what needs to happen in order to go back to school.
The work for me has been busy so far and will most likely remain busy for quite some time. It is usually like this though, when you start a new job because there is a lot to learn and get used to.

Another fun thing we've been in the process of doing is Church shopping! We went to Houston First Baptist last Sunday. The service and worship was really good and there were a lot of young people there. It seemed really great but we really want to go somewhere we are sure God is leading us. So, tomorrow we are going to Houston First Methodist and see what we feel about that. We both have a feeling we might end up at the Baptist Church again. :)
In other exciting news : We have bought a new car !! :) It is a Honda CRV which is going to be the car that Ellen drives. She is excited and loves the car. We are still searching for a second car
that I'll be driving.

We are really enjoying things here and are looking forward to finding some friends, (hopefully at the church we will be attending.)
That's all for now, and we promise we'll update soon with new pictures :)
This was written by Preben and edited by Ellen. :) she added in all the exclaimation marks and smiley faces.
