RECAP of the last 8 months! .......................nevermind. just a recap of August & September.

Ya'll!  We're back!  We've been so busy! (obviously).
My Dad is always reminding me that our blog needs updating so this is for you Dad-o!
Get ready for way too many pictures from the last 8 months you've missed!
here we go!

August:
We swam A LOT
Here's Liam doing water tricks
(this photo is not edited) - I think it looks amazing.

and here is noah flying.

me and my first.

I can't believe how much they have grown these last 8 months.
right before my eyes.

got the kids in their beach shirts and hit the road for Destin to meet the Harwood Family.

The drive was LOOOOONNNNNGGGG.

we stopped at a "ho-en-tel" which is Liam's favorite thing to do in the entire world.
He always asks when we get to go back.
ALWAYS.

The princess slept on the shelf.
just kidding.

after a 2 day drive, we found the beach and the kids ran out to see the water.

then we found our house.
Liam waited on the porch until Lolli and Pops drove up.

they finally came.
along with my sisters, Sara & Amy.
I love this photo.  All my favorite people in one shot.

it didn't take long for the boys to adjust to beach life.

The ice cream man was a special treat!

they loved this.

Noah picked out a Georgia board at the beach shop and he used it every second he got.

 Fearless.
and intimidating.

my parents treated us to our perfect beach week.
-they've still got it after all these years.

nothing but blue skies

thea was not a beach girl - she preferred to just sleep.

while her brothers played.

they seriously had such a fantastic time.

beach bums.

mom was my partner for our dinner nights.  isn't she cute?

I can't remember what they were laughing at but it looks like it was funny.

The beach fairy visited us every day, as she always does at the beach.
Well, she visited the kids every day.
I think she forgot about the adults this trip.  She must be getting tired.

She even delivered this train.  Perfect for a rainy day at the beach!

love these two.

Pops with his boys!

silly aunts.

we had dart fights every day.

thea

This girl brings so much joy to our family.

and this boy has my heart.
picked me a flower every time we walked down to the beach.

pizza night on the porch!

family

we celebrated our birthdays while we were there.
(we are all the same week)
their shirts are showing you that I was turning 31.

a much needed, perfect week.

we also got to go on a real pirate ship!

 The boys loved it!

 sword fight!

pretty sure aunt amy had a good time too.

we missed Sara because she had to leave early for school. :(

It poured and poured the day we left.
perfect weather for a sad day to say goodbye to our family and to the beach.

but we had to return to normal life and get back for some important things!
like birthday week!

the boys quickly adjusted back to usual life.

Thea turned 1 and Liam turned 3!

she liked her cupcake of course.

thanks for my birthday dress Lolli!

and we had to get back for the start of football season!

Amy was visiting too!

waiting for the game!

Georgia girl!

 Love these little Bulldawgs.

SEPTEMBER

September was HOT.

the boys had soccer practice which we biked to every week.

little helpers at the grocery store.

we eat outside almost every day if it's not too hot.

our cousins came for a visit!!
here they are making their own pizzas for dinner

we here they are decorating Halloween cookies together.

and since they are Norwegian, we of course have to get ice cream.

we went to the zoo too!
Liam picked this from the gift shop.  out of all the toys, he gets an umbrella.
he still loves it to this day too!

bonding with the goat.

more ice cream!  -at the zoo.

cousin shot

getting ready for a soccer game

Liam laughing at Noah posing

they came to cheer on the boys at their soccer game!

blondies!

to give you a good idea of what goes on at a soccer game at this age level.

we drove to San Antonio!
here we are out on the town.
the best photo I could get with these 3.  at least everyone is looking at the camera.

Sea World!

this picture is exactly what our ticket looked like.
After the whale show Noah started crying and saying he thought we were going to "hold the whales" like they did on the ticket.

He also REALLY wanted to go on the roller coasters.

watching the whales!

really neat!

cupcake decorating!

cute, huh?

we got the house all decorated!

decorated pumpkins!

cousins!
noah sure does love petter!

hot tub!

cousins.

ok, well, as usual, there were way more photos than I could narrow down.  so I'll continue on tomorrow with October.  :)
